What is weekly planning?

At least once a week, you should dedicate some time (e.g., 20 to 30 minutes) to plan for the coming week:

  • how you'll make healthier choices
  • how you'll face challenges or temptations

This weekly planning session will also give you the opportunity to make sure your food and activity logs are up to date (tracking), review and reflect on your logs from the past week (reflecting), and identify your successes.
